I read a few questions about water quality. Some say its better, some say worse. What specific areas do you think the water is just down right foul?

Victoria B.C. has no sewage treatment plants and all of the waste water gets dumped off shore. You can find floating poo sometimes.

depends where your getting it from, all city or county's that supply water have to test it and it has to met regulations, wells are only tested when you buy a home so if you live there 20 years it may never get tested again, watch for pesticides in farming community's or chemical contamination in industrial areas. and don't drink out of sprinklers because more places are using reclaimed waste water for watering lawns.

Sewer water obviously...all the dirty water goes in there so of course it would be foul and disgusting. Can't think of anyone who would drink that!
