first i dont believe in any other kingdoms but Gods. the Bible never says anything about other kingdoms. just the Mormons. just like the Mormons believe in temples far more then any other belief. we believe in temples too. however a temple in the Bible was a place for everyone to go and worship and pray. not just certain people. and Jesus said that we are all temples of God. the temple was not some secret place. old test. everyone was welcomed except those with a deformaty. like if you had leprousy or missing an arm. new test the temple was for everyone. today the temple is the church building as well as Gods people.
anyways i do believe mormons say that those from a higher kingdom can go to lower kingdoms but not the other way around. just like once you die and get to whatever kingdom you get to then you are set and cant move up.
i believe in one kingdom and that is Gods kingdom. as well as i believe in ONE God and that we wont become Gods. and if you are mormon you would not have said you must have a wide knowledge or heaven and hell for they do not believe in hell.

Well, based entirely on memory from Sunday School lessons, I believe that anyone in the celestial kingdom can visit down, but those in the lower kingdoms cannot visit up. Have a happy day, and I send you a gummy bear.

Good question. There's a highly serious archeological explorative effort going on right now in search for the "back-up" copy of The Bible that not only will fully explain the texts King James revised/altered, but may also explain yet explained questions and theories.
And maybe....these texts will answer your question. Doubts exist Hell has visiting hours set up for it's residents; however, God does have a direct line of communication with His brother and one time trusted right hand guy---Satan, Diablo, Lucifer ( he goes by many names, as mentioned in the Rolling Stones song, "Sympathy For The Devil"), the president of Hell.

The Bible says that "in my father s house are many mansions" That would suggest that there are a lot of places available. It certainly makes more sense for people who have tried to be very good to go to a better place than those who have tried to be very bad. And if those people that are very good have more privileges, perhaps they can go visit those that are very bad. I believe God is just and merciful. I believe He will give us as much as He possibly can depending on what we have developed our character to be. I don t believe that if you are slightly better than me that you get heaven and I get hell. Look around - people are already graded according to their desires. I believe God will take into account all of your circumstances or He would not be just and if you have had situations where you couldn t escape evil, then I believe He will have mercy as well.

In Buddhism, Taoism and Hinduism; it is believed gods of the Higher Heavenly realms are able to see, visit and communicate with those of the lower heavenly realms.
While vice versa is not possible in terms of "visiting" the upper realms, and communication is only by "permission" ie. if the upper level gods n angels allow themselves to be seen.

Light cannot exist without darkness and darkness cannot exist without light. For a soul mind to ascend I believe that throughout various incarnations they have had to experience both the dark and light path. Both need to be in balance and not be judgemental of each other. If you believe in balance and karma, then you would have to assume that the most evil soul will also experience the most extreme love and purity in another life. Ultimately they will become one soul-mind and have the collective memory of both light and dark - a perfect balance!

The idea of three degrees of heaven is Mormon belief. You aren't going to find many people outside of Mormonism who adhere to it. Jesus said that He was going to His Father's house to prepare a place for us. That doesn't allow for lower degrees of heaven where one can't be with the Father.
