I have used the benzonite clay( that may not be spelled right). I bought it at a local crafters mall actually. There are tons of books out there to give you different recipes and things to use it for. I would give you better detail but I am out of town on business and don't have it on hand. I had a friend who was burned very badly with a car cigarette lighter and we began using the clay mixture on it about 2 weeks after because it still had not healed with neosporin. Within a week it was completely healed. The way I was told it works is by drawing the metals out of your body. Feel free to email me and I will send the info as soon as I can.

Cant remember what country she is,but she was on the news a while ago, that she was eating soil to lessen her hunger,2k of soil in a day. and she was doing it more than a yr now, but nothing happened to her health at all. She had been tested by physician but cant see any wrong on her colon or health.

yes, many people around the world eat clay for many reasons: detox, taste, texture, appetite suppressant etc....

I eat clay because I love the taste. I love white clay and buy it from georgiawhitedirt.com/ and it tastes so good.

Yes, and it's a bunch of nonsense. Plenty of people will tell you otherwise, but it really is garbage and there are no double-blind studies to tell you that it works.
