You don't give your age, Or approximate age. Your question makes you sound so young. How long have you been together, Was it before you 2 became an item? You shouldn't hold things against him or her that happened before you 2 become a couple. His willingness to open up can mean a few things. He honestly cares about you and doesn't want to hide anything. He feels guilty. He doesn't care that much or respect you so he doesn't care if you no or not. NEXT.
Consider the possibilities. If he seems to be a great guy. then he probably cares and is just trying to be honest and wants to make the relationship work. If he is more into going out with the boys to party all the time and just catches up with you every so often. Then he might just be a young immature person more intrested in partying than a serious relationship. Its your call. Weigh the options based on what you think is right.

Well for starter did he have sex with her when you guys were together? And did he know that she was your best friend? She is not a true friend and don't blame it all on him; because if my best friends boyfriend tried to have sex with me i wouldn't do it no matter how hard he tried. So just think those things through. Oh yeah and ask him if it meant anything to him. And see how he reacts. if he says yes then you should say "maybe you should be with her then" but if he says know then ask him why he did it in the first place.

Well if you like him and he likes u .... dont let something like this get between u guys ... i know its hard but leave the past in the past .... and look into the future ..... i would keep an eye on him and your best friend when they are togheter ..... cause u dont know the intesity that they had in the relationship and the sparks are not there anymore
But give him a chance .... try to protect yourself a little bit ... build a wall for a while but not to big so u dont push him away .... and when u think its time take that wall down

Why on the earth one should try to find the dirt instead of diamond from one's existence!!! We often get what we search for...
Even if you leave this guy and hook up with someone else and if you try to dig his past as you did with your present bf... chances are there that you may again find out something that would make you unhappy... So how many time you can afford to keep on changing from one bf to another...

At this point I think you use the term best friend and b-friend too loosely. I would dump both of them..who needs friends like that anyway. Is nothing sacred? If you stay in either relationship you deserve what you get, I'd say.

You didn't say that he cheated on you.
Perhaps he has had those sex-partners before he became your boyfriend. And if that's the case, then you have nothing to complain about.
You can't reasonably expect a guy to have been faithful to you even before he became your boyfriend. How was he supposed to know that you were going to be his friend and you'll be upset?

#1, in this is that she couldn't have been your best friend if she did this to you. #2, At least your boyfriend was honest with you about it. What were the details surrounding their little get together? But most important, why didn't she tell you? I don't think I could trust either of them again.

If this happened while you were going out then DUMP him and the girlfriend.
I would call her a friend if she slept with him while you were going out.
If on the other hand he slept with her before you two met, what's the problem. You can always ask your g/f why the two of them didn't hit it off.

all the people answering seem to think he cheated on you with your best friend but you didn't say so I'm going to assume he didn't. now it comes down to do u think that what they did was a one time thing or not. If you think it wasn't then yea break it off
