You don't know, you just have to trust no matter what people my say.So untill you know his every move, don't waste your time guessing how he really feels, because your be better off doning something more proactive with your time.....Like enjoying your self with him.you'll know when you know.

It needs time to discover it. Make sure he doesn't say the same sweet things to any other gal, and you're not just one them. Notice his reaction when you act closed to other guys.
That's all what i can think of now...:)
