I don't know of any free, fully functional Zip cracking software but here are companies providing trial versions.

If you had a very long password with special characters, numbers or capital letters in, it could take more than a million years to crack it. I once passphrase protected a word file and I remember I put capital letters and numbers in a 12-15 character password. I calculated that it would take just over 600000 years to crack the password, so i stopped trying.

If your password is just a plain old word that you will find in the dictionary it might go a little faster, if not you'll have to do a brute force attack which will take long depending on whether you had capital letters or special characters in.
