Nobody could accurateyl answer that question, unless perhaps they put the area under audio surveillance and listened to the tape LATER. Then, they would know if the tree made a noise, without being there or listening at the time. Wow, I'm brilliant.

yep noise happens even if no one is there to hear it. The tree falls and goes boom according to the laws of physics not the ego of philosophers who think if a man wasn't present to hear it then it might as well not have happened. If man doesn't perceive it than is it real. The whole does reality create perception or does perception create reality. If perception creates reality than we would change with every varying perception people had of us. perception can alter the way things are responded to but not the laws of physics ergo to answer your Q yep

Yes and no. It makes a noise, but if the definition of "noise" requires a listener, and there was no life forms around, them technically it wouldn't.

YES SIR. You can always leave a cam corder there to record the video and sound to prove that it makes a sound even if no one is around. I WIN.
