I'm 15, 157cm, was 108 pounds, but now I am at 96 pounds. Losing 12 pounds should make a difference, shouldn't it? The numbers have changed but I don't see a difference in myself. Why is it? Or have I still not lost enough weight?

It makes a big difference because you are healthier...assuming you aren't starving yourself. Very few people 'see' a difference after losing weight, if you want to see a diffrence I'd suggest not losing anymore weight, but excercise to tone your muscles.

You probably just don't see it. 12 pounds is a significant amount of weight lost, but since you see yourself everyday and the weight loss is happening slowly everyday, you're not going to notice once you've lost all of it.

you should really see a councillor. If you think that you need to lose weight at 15 and that the fact that you are already under 100 pounds you need a reality check.

maybe someone changed the scale on you or maybe you did to make yourself feel better. might want to check it. plus it migt have just been the water that you lost and not fat. that can happen and you won't see much of a difference.
