If you've been using skin-whitening cream or soap, then stop using it before you disfigure yourself completely.

Consult the ayurvedic yogashala in kottakkal, Kerala and start taking medicines prescribed by them regularly. Also side by side, do the yogasan where a long piece of cotton cloth(akin to a bandage) is swallowed with water, allowed to be digested in the stomach for a while and and then removed under the guidance of a good yoga instructor. You shoud become alright in six months to two years.

are they dry and scaly or just white patches of skin? if its smooth skin thats just losing its color you have vitiligo and its not curable so you have to wear make up like michael jackson. white and scaly could be psorisis, and that has treatments to improve it but i dont think it will ever go away either.
