i kno coffee is one of them. what are some others?

for me what's worked is Snickers, combos, and mountain dew. Usually just mountain dew since i dont have snickers or combos lying around hehe.
But when my body tells me it's hungry, i try to eat some real food if i can.

any soda with caffeine suppresses the appetite as does a quick dose of sugar, chocolate, and many medications.
