Which software can I use to convert AVI files to DVDs with subtitles option?

Question

I have used cucusoft and works, but encodes to big files and I dont have the option to create chapters or menus

I have used too the DVDLab Pro, and works fine with mpg files, I can add subtitles, chapters and menus, but It cant use AVI files (or I haven't found the option to)

Some one knows what software can I use to do this with AVI files?
