Word of warning...I don't know how many vitamins you can take a day without causing damage ....but I do know if you take to many ,like I did at one time, it can eat your stomach lining up.......believe me you don't want this to happen...talk about pain (emergency room pain..twice in one week)......so be careful....

a one a day multi-vitamin is probably the best way to go........

Why would you want to take so many? It is NOT true for vitamins that "the more the better".
Deficiency of certain vitamins can cause symptoms and problems, but taking more than enough does not make you any healthier or stronger (Even though, of course, the manufacturers would like to sell you that idea...).

Overdosing on vitamins increases the chances of getting harmful side-effects from it. The recommended and safe range for each vitamin is different, so it is impossible to answer your question accurately without knowing the exact ingredients.

Usually, a single dose of any multivitamin daily contains enough of the most important (and most often deficient) vitamins and is safe to take for most people.
If you are eating a well balanced diet, chances are that you do not need any vitamin at all.

Take as many as you want.
If you don't mind ulcers and
your liver shutting down.
It's never a good idea to
over do anything. Think.
