Kind of complicated situation, especially for me. I've been out with one girl, one time in my life (I'm 20) we were talking for a few weeks then she stopped calling me and we didn't talk for two weeks. We are coworkers (hardly ever have same hours) and the last two nights I worked with her I felt really awkward around her and could not speak to her (too nervous and what not). Well, another coworker comes up to me and says, "You wanna know a secret? When Kelsey (the girl I'm talking about) leaves, tell her goodnight."
I know that she's been talking to other people at work, probably about this, what do I make of it?

The best way to deal with any situation is honesty. Keep work out of it. Call her at home and ask her for a time and place outside of work where you and her can talk. While keeping emotion out of the situation find out from her why you and her stopped talking. If she is no longer interested in you make sure she knows that you're OK with (even if you're not) and tell her you would just like to know what happened. Make sure you mention to her that you know that you're both mature enough to keep your work environment professional and that she has nothing to worry about when it comes to you and you appreciate her treating you with the same respect.
If she is talking to other people at work about your situation, don't empower her by letting her see it affects or upsets you.
Good luck.

Take the coworkers advice. It sounds like she's talked with Kelsey and Kelsey wants you to make the next move.

well did you tell her goodnight? What did she do? I would say if she continues to act as if there is nothing between the 2 of you then I would give up on her and look for someone who is not going to just stop calling you with no explanation. Good luck, I hope she is just shy.

It is hard to make anything out of that. I would go up to her when you can get a moment alone with her, and tell her how good she looks, how you would like to see her again, or just be friends(whatever!), you could still go for some coffee and good conversation. Just play it cool, most women love that stuff. especially compliments.

What I would do is just make sure what her reason is, just for your peace of mind. It helps to know what's really going on. Ask her. Its good training. If she doesn't call, why don't you call? You just want some information. And its okay to say hi to her. Just pretend its over and you're just friends now. You'd say hi to a friend right? Good luck.

stop being a little ***** and act like a ******* man. In any relationship one person is in control and the other is submissive. And if you're waiting for the girl to build up the courage to start talking to you or something like that you're in for a long wait.
Plain and simple fool "He who hesitates, masturbates"

What do you mean, she stopped calling. Do you mean you've beer trying to call her, but she was not returning your calls? If so, she is not interested; move on and look for someone else. If you were not calling her, but were expecting her to call you - get off your behind and start showing some initiative. NEVER wait for the girl to call you, always call her first.

Maybe she is hurt because you haven't asked her out. You really need to talk to her. If you can't try writing her a letter to explain what you are thinking. Good luck.
