I've seen it happen several times. I work with and know personally many poor and sometimes homeless. They dont even ask there anymore

Okay I work in catholic charities and I have NEVER seen anyone that we can truly help be turned away I myself have sent thousands of dollars helping many people American citizens as well as illegal immigrants but if you live somewhere where their is a catholic charity and they turn down people as you said go to this website http://www.catholiccharitiesusa.org/contact/ and write if that dosent work tell me I work in the washinton headquaters and I will make sure this is fixed

the illegal mexicans are catholic, and you know catholics, they only help themselves.

they won't give any help to the poor, because the poor have no money to give back to them, and with the catholics, it's all about the money. the illegal mexican will give the church ten percent of their welfare checks and food stamps, that they get by stealing from america.

Show me a link that supports this accusation. I do not believe that the Catholic charities turn down any deserving person. Their hospitals do not, and I know that for a fact.

They will help anyone who seeks help & is is need. An american citizen is more likely to not seek or accept the help, out of pride, or just plain stubborness.

Why do you say this? Do you have a case where this has happened? The Catholic churches in my area help EVERYONE that needs help without regard to race, gender, or religion.

Did you check their citizenship? How about if they were mexican americans or native americans.

People find more interesting illegal things rather than legal and usual situations . So this may be the reason .
