still smell it , she will kill me if she finds out what I did , it was meant to be a joke please help I am crying as I type this, coz she is a good fighter and she likes to hit me.

Go buy her a gift, then tell her what you did. Or you could accidently spill something really gross on them and she'll throw them away.
