I don't know if they are the *most* annoying ... but knockng on your door uninvited at 8 in the morning would certainly qualify as annoying. Just try to sell them some tupperware or Avon products ... that usually sends 'em packing.

The premise of this so-called "question" is demonstrably false. Globally, there are about 6.5 million active Jehovah's Witnesses, yet about 14 million associate with Jehovah's Witnesses. Their publications "The Watchtower" and "Awake!" enjoy circulations of about 27 million and 32 million per issue.

It is true that Jehovah's Witnesses are not loved by everyone.

Some people hate Jehovah's Witnesses out of ignorance, or over some misunderstanding. A few may have had a bad personal experience with an individual who claimed to be a Jehovah's Witness, and prejudicially extended their animus to this entire Christian religion.

However, it seems that the majority of anti-Witness hatred is motivated by religious intolerance and bigotry. A few may even be motivated against their Christian worship by the unseen 'god of this system of things', Satan the Devil.

(2 Corinthians 4:4) the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers

Interestingly, such "hatred" should be expected by true Christians in this time of the end, and it actually helps identify Jehovah's Witnesses as Christ's true disciples:

(John 15:19) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.

(Luke 6:22) Happy are you whenever men hate you, and whenever they exclude you and reproach you and cast out your name as wicked for the sake of the Son of man.

(1 Peter 4:4) Because you do not continue running with them in this course to the same low sink of debauchery, they are puzzled and go on speaking abusively of you.

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

It seems signficant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:

(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.

Jehovah's Witnesses are only annoying to those who choose not to heed the Bible's warning of the upcoming war of Jehovah. Noah was no doubt just as annoying to those who ignored the warning of the approaching global flood. They paid for their annoyance with their lives. The same thing will happen in modern times to those who refuse to listen to the Bible's warning of the destruction of the wicked.

Why are Jehovah’s Witnesses persecuted and spoken against?

Jesus said: “If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.” (John 15:18, 19; see also 1 Peter 4:3, 4.) The Bible shows that the whole world lies under Satan’s control; he is the principal instigator of the persecution.—1 John 5:19; Rev. 12:17.

Jesus also told his disciples: “You will be objects of hatred by all people on account of my name.” (Mark 13:13) The word “name” here means what Jesus officially is, the Messianic King. Persecution comes because Jehovah’s Witnesses put his commands ahead of those of any earthly ruler.

You find JWs annoying because of the reason stated in this Bible verse.
1 Cor 1:18 states "18 For the speech about the torture stake is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is God’s power"

Because we won't water down the Word of God.

Because we won't teach doctrines of men.

Because like Noah, we are preachers of righteousness.

Well, besides the confronting you on your own doorstep, even if they are bleeding to death they won't allow you to help them! They won't accept blood transfusions. They can even choose to deny their dying child a blood transfusion - that is just unethical and goes against the moral fibre of the majority of the population! They are so self-righteous.

No but close. They are just people lacking the basic understanding of deception that satan is using to bring
them into the judgement. The JWs are hard working
people who mean well but are blinded to the truth of Gods
word. Yes they may annoy people but they need Jesus
and they need to know who he is. So are you teaching him
about who Jesus is and pointing them to the truth in the
word of God. Or are you pushing them away by offence.
