If it is legs or arms twitching, you may be referring to 'restless legs syndrom' or RLS.

If you mean the more severe twitching, like Michael J. Fox suffers from, that is Parkinson's disease.

depends. there's a few. Parkinson's, asperges (sp?), tourettes (sp). theres heaps. just depends on what other symptoms you have.
