Often people can feel restless when they have a lot on their mind. It could be worry about bills, or health or family. It could be stress related but it may just be that you need to examine your life and see if there is an area that you would like to change. You may sense this on a deeper level but not be aware that it is making you restless.
I suggest that you go to the gym or get a bike and ride into the sunset or do something very physical. Not only will it greatly reduce the stress but it pumps all kinds of oxygen into your blood stream and brain and you will be able to get a good nights sleep. If you keep a dream journal you can train yourself to answer (in your dreams) what it is that is really bothering you. It may be that you are just lonely and need a mate/friend to hang out with or talk to.
If physical exercise doesn't help you at all then I strongly suggest that you see a counselor and get to the bottom of what is really eating at you.

You feel restless and there may be a wide variety of reasons .For example if you are a man you may have low free testosterone levels . Do not take this wrong cause everyone can experience such conditions . So you may use some supplements to increase your testosterone such as Zinc and tirribulus terrestis.
And another reason is you may have worked too much and the only way to heal your restlessness is to have long sleeps.
You should do exercise to increase your stress capability .
You can take vitamin C pills around the day . If you are not taking ester form you should use it around the day I mean more than once cause it goes out from your urine .
You should take vitamin D for your bones to consume more calcium . Try D3 form more than D2
You can take some aspirin to increase your blood circulation .

One will feel restless if they had a adrenal en "pump up" (e.g. running away from something) hormones are released into your blood stream to allow you to do things u couldn't normally do (run faster) once this situation is over the hormones are still in you making you feel restless. (until they burn out)
