without death being mentioned, you'll have to pay more principal than interest. just send extra payment that is noted "principal only".
that's what i did. send extra payments. with the help of my husband, i think we paid my 10k+ student loan in 2 years. then he went back to school and got more student loans, but we did the same thing. now we are free from student loans since 2002. all we pay is just revolving credits and mortgage. and we are planning to do the same with mortgage.

Well, if you don't have a full-time job, you can defer the loan. That's what I did. And, now that I have a full-time job, I pay as much as possible for my monthly payment, not just the minimum payment required. It cuts more time off the repayment than you'd think.

You may not want someone to say 'get a job'. But if you don't, how will you pay the loan off?

Get a Grant to pay it off from the government. look online and browse online grant web sites.

Or just pay more than your monthly minimum payment each month.
