Not weight, just inches.
I have insanely limited time. When I'm not asleep I'm either too tired to move, busy, or in class. I only get structured exsersize two days a week, and not long.
What can I do during my day to lose like three inches around my stomach area? It's not bad, just kinda imbarassing. When I suck in my stomach I still see this like bump...

Oh, and I can't change my diet. My cousin has an eating dissorder, so my mom is going insane with shoving food down our throats.

Everyone has their own little "lose weight secrets" but i can tell you, as a med student, that the most effective way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume in a day. Therefore eating healthy is the #1 factor. Secondly, exercise of course helps. Two times a week is not necessarily bad, but not great either. The FDA recommends 30 to 45 minutes of exercise a day. I think if you could find a third day during the week or weekend to exercise this would help immensely. Keep track of the amount of calories you take in each day. Try to keep it somewhere between 1400 and 1700 although the daily recommended is 2000. When you do exercise i suggest running. It will burn more calories than almost anything as far as time consumption goes (except for sex). The biggest thing is being firm and sticking with your plan for at least 3 months. If you can eat healthy and exercise on a consistent basis for 90 days you will be amazed at how well what i am saying really works. Good luck and remember "Impossible is Nothing"

You must be under 18, if your mom is stuffing food down your throat, and tell your mom that is a horrible way to treat an eating disorder, also losing that bump will not help you feel better about yourself

I lost 10 # in 30 days eating at Wendys.Salad and baked potato for lunch and ya I got hungary in 2 hrs.

Outside of exercise, it's unlikely that you can. We are built the way we are built. Genetics play a big role so maybe get over it.

do sit ups, jog, and drink slim fast before meals or for lunch instead of eating. Works for me. you need to take better care of your self Eat fruits for snacks no candy or chips fruits and nuts
