I would take vitamins, but the only actual food I'd eat would be corn

corn is high in Vitamin K, besides that it's pretty useless as a grain as it's low in fiber and high in sugars.

a month of that diet I would expect to see a much greater loss of lean muscle tissue than of body fat.

it's a bad idea to eat any one food for a month
plus corn has a lot of carbs anyway, it's like the candy of vegetables

That depends if you fancy a trip to hospital or not. Its a bad idea, the body isn't mean to exist on simply one type of food, you would spend a month missing out on valuable nutrients from other foods.
