There are no real 'permanent' method of getting rid of cold and sneezing!
*You succumb to 'cold' when your body's immune respnse is down, so the only thing you can really do is build up your immunity by taking vitamin C and lots of citrus juices.
*"Sneezing' again is body's natural response to fight of infection/allergies, the only way to avoid this is by avoiding the allergen....the trigger factor (it's different things for different people such as pollens, dogs/cats, dusts etc etc).
** If this is really a big problem for you, make sure you get an 'allergy test' done by an 'allergy and immunology' specialist. You may also have a possiblity of sinus tract infection or polyps of the sinus which may require surgery for permanent treatment.

You dont want to do that
Both are natural responses of the body
one to contain a bacteria or virus by surrounding it with mucus and antibodies. Mucus excess is as a result of the stumulus caused by the invading bacteria. Mucus can prevent spread within your own body by helping to contain the invading antigen.
Sneezing is an automatic response to an invading antigen or foreign matter. If a sneeze didn't occur we might ingest nasally more things than the body could cope with.
Supressing either of these responses permanently would be detrimental to human health

It appears that this is due to nasal allergy. Two simple treatment modalities can help although the possibility of a permanent cure is unlikely. One is use of nasal drops containing a topical steroid and the other is "Neti" therapy. Avoiding dust and vehicular pollution also helps.
