Both will always exist on the physical plane. Just like positve/negtive, light/dark, warm/cold, good/evil .... war/peace. Once cannot exist without the other, there must always be balance in dualistic planes.

Faith cannot be discussed rationally. It requires a belief in determinism and who has control of of it. This is why religion, politics, and family are subjects forbidden by any bartender

Drunk on belief or drunk on beer. It doesn't make much sense either way.
