At Jesus' alleged time of existence, I don't think the Muslim faith existed. However there is strong opinion amongst some historians that during those 30 years of Jesus life that aren't accounted for in the bible, he was actually travelling throughout other parts of Asia, including China and India, studying other philosophies and beliefs. He was probably aware of Buddism, Shamanism. In fact, the Biblical accounts of his feats suggest (to me) a probability that he was a practising Shaman. I don't think he claimed to belong to any one religion but was more of a radical, free-thinking socialist. His wisdom was garnered from his years spent on his spiritual quest - that's something I'm believing at the moment.

according to islam jesus was part of the islamic idealism. islam was not yet born at that time but we muslims believe that judiasm was the right religion at one point until the holy book was altered. this goes for the bible as well. but considering that jesus peace be upon him was born in palestine/israel and this is on the asian continent he was middle eastern.

No, He was a Jew but He started Christianity. You need to get baptized in His name. I believe He came here to free us from religions...and to teach how to have a personal relationship with God.
