The cheapest return I could find on-line was Thai Airways for US$611. One way tickets are much more expensive. What I would do is shop around a few travel agents and see if they can beat US$611. I know Biman Bangladesh flies Tokyo - Bangkok and they are usually the cheapest airline on routes they fly so ask about them. If the travel agents are more than US$611 try kayak.com which is a search engine that will find the lowest available on-line fare for you.

the straightforward answer is flow for your commute agent and they'll be in a position of e book you a flight at a lifelike fee (assuming one truly exists at a lifelike fee on the date you pick to flow). As for going between Tokyo and Osaka, the prepare is enormously quick and that i'd imagine no matter if you purchase the fee ticket once you get to Japan the fee may be more low priced than a flight

Are there any budget airlines from out of Japan? If there is, this will be the cheapest you can get.

Travel agents have always found the best prices for me, especially in Asia.

If you are in Japan, try H.I.S.
