I got my hair professionally bonded...extensions. I am a caucasion, I paid $100.00 and I tipped the lady 20.00 She spent about 2 hours, it looked very very nice...After 3days, It began to slack, I went to her, she said she would repair it no problem. She did, the next day, it started to slack again. I called her and told her that I wanted my money back, she started being very very ghetto with me. Telling me things such as, "You're tripping, I dont know what you doing wit yo hair at home" blah blah blah. Screaming and blaming it on me that I didnt get it sewn in...She told me that the fusion would last 2-3 weeks...I got approx 8days out of it. She hung up on me...I have to go trough corporate...Should I talk to her face to face or leave her ignorant *** out of it and talk to corprate?! Its bothering me because I dont know how to stick up for myself against her when she talks ghetto.

Definitely deal with management/corporate. Keep your tone civil and professional, but convey your deep concern.

Make it clear that while you appreciated the initial follow up, you did not appreciate being treated with disrespect in your subsequent dealings, and that the lack of any further help was very disappointing.

Let them know that you didn't do anything that would've adversely affected the extensions. Further, state that if your hair was unsuitable (for whatever reason) for the style/treatment, you should have been advised before you wasted your time and money.

You'd be best advised to write corporate a letter. It provides documentation of your complaint. If you get no joy, send it out a second time with a copy to the Better Business Bureau. The best way of sticking up for yourself is getting satisfaction..... An apology and your money back!

I agree with the previous answerer, and I'd just like to add that when you make your complaint, please leave any discussion of how "ghetto" she was with you out of it. This could make you come across as racist, which would not help your complaint. Just state professionally the facts of what happened and ask for your money back.
