I cry almost everyday, sometimes over small things, big things, sometimes over nothing.. My family think I'm too sensitive, friends just think I cry a lot, my bf thinks I'm just spoiled.. Could there be other reasons? Could I be depressed? And does crying regularly really affect my health?
To sum up.. What are the advantages and disadvantages of crying?
Thanks..

You could cry because of a chemical imbalance in your brain. It is normal to cry, but not everyday. You are to sensitive. When you cry, sometime you become relaxed. When you feel like you are about to cry, tell yourself you are not going to cry, and try your best not to. Think of something else. It may not work the first few times, but good luck. If that does not work, see a doctor, dont be ashamed to get help.

Crying is generally a healthy thing, grieving for a lost family member, pet, or friend. Crying because you get bullied or teased. Or just crying because you need to release some emotions that can't be released in words.
But crying everyday is not something that you should be going through alone. Just sit and think while you read this.... are the reasons you are crying good reasons to cry?, is it to get attention or because you are not getting ur own way?, or are you crying everyday because you are depressed?
If you answered yes to the first and last question, you might be depressed. But there are many other signs of depression so you should talk to ur local GP about it and then they will beable to give you a correct diagnosis.
Good Luck : )
In the mean time, think positive.

The classic beginning of depression is crying without a reason. I have been there and the doctor gave me a pill and then I couldn't fight the stresses of life and had a breakdown. It may have happened anyway . The early crying is natures way of righting the unbalanced chemicals the brain made when there was an error is beliefs or expectation for life. The brain was forced to relearn. This is then discharged into the spinal fluid and can affect us long after the thoughts have faded. It is time to study depression and find a way to change emotions that will produce depression. I believe all emotions are electrically structured .

There could be many reasons you do this. Its not normal but it's not abnormal either. Have you had a checkup recently, hormonal and health changes can cause such things. Crying needlessly can affect your health because it becomes a type of stress. The advantages of crying are release of stress yes, but if you find yourself doing this continually over anything and everything, this is an indication that you are in fact in some kind of 'distress' instead. I would recommend seeing your doctor.

There aren't really any advantages of crying, because you are just depriving yourself of water. But sometimes in your life you will experience things like this, and it will just grow old. Some advantages of crying are that you get more attention, whether it be good or bad depends on who's around, and you are getting rid of some of the salt in your body. That's pretty much it. Hope this helped a little.

this isn't the position to ask such an significant question. you've admitted you're taking a sparkling medicine and experiencing a sparkling side result, no matter if that is brought about through your medicine is to be determined through your physician considering what sounds like mundane tears may be the outcome of a intense underlying side result that could want to in common words worsen or maybe completely damage and kill you. Ask the prescribing physician and do not position self assurance in unqualified advice cutting-edge in an internet communicate board or from unqualified acquaintances no matter if or not they're taking an similar drug as you, stay virtually an similar existence-form as you and weigh an similar as you. may you come back right here to ask us about surgical treatment ??? for sure no longer, get effective help for such an significant subject matter !
