My boyfriend used to be so sweet to me when we first started dating, he would make every effort to see me or call me but now it seems like I just don't matter to him anymore. He has stopped calling me and everytime I call him he either doesnt answer the phone or says i gtg. When I talk to him about feeling ignored he just says hes too busy with work and school and personal problems and that I should be more understanding. I tried to be understanding but I don't see how i deserve to be ignored, especially when I know that he is making time for other people (friends,family). And now he is upset with me for getting mad at him for not putting enough effort into our relationship! I dont know if I should feel guilty and apologize or if I should just leave him. I'm so confused. Am I over-reacting, should i just give him space, or should i ditch him?

It kinda sounds like he just needs space. I know from experince i was the same way for a while in one of my relationships. I got comfortable in the relationship and needed space. But i would question him cause he doesn't want to talk to you about it well thats what i got from your question. I could probably go more in detail if i knew how long you have been together? And has he shown any signs in the past of cheating if so i would really watch him but then again that can be the worse thing to do i would just talk to him sit him down and tell him how you feel.

Ditch him...if he does it now, it only gets worse...then before you know it you hate each other, so tell him you can be friends and when he has time for a relationship... if you are available you may consider trying it again. There is not an opening at a dead end street....

He is trying to make you seem like the one with the problem. Do yourself a favor and break up. Stay friends if able and maybe whatever it is will blow over and you might get back together. But no one deserves to strung along.

Give him space. A lot of it. Quit calling him, and quit answering the phone when he calls. If you do answer, tell him you have to go after a couple of minutes. If he doesn't get the message, it's time to dump him.

i think u should just do what hes doing to u back 2 him n if he doesnt see that that waz what he was doing then u know that u have 2 dump him!!!why r u going to waste ur time on sum guy who doesnt pay attention 2 u or at least doesn't even try...right???
