It's b..
Conduction is transfer of heat through solids, and
convection is transfer of heat through fluids..
B is the only choice that has heat transferring through a solid (from the frying pan to the egg)

B sounds the best. The reason is that the egg cooking is a direct consequence of high heat absorbed by the pan. You got a triple pass-off here. Flame(heat source), to pan, to egg, to the air. I always hated these "All these answers are correct, now choose which is MORE correct!".
