Figure it out yourself. Look at the amount of fat on the nutrition facts on the label, and see how much of your daily percent of fat you get from just one serving of mayo. No food is bad for you, as long as you eat it in moderation, and limit your amount of calories to the appropriate amount for you in a day.

hi there well it's fating cause it has eggs do not leave any metal inside the mayo as in a spoon fork knife it can be poison and do not leave it outside cause it has eggs it can get spoil and have a funny tast. they do have diet check your local supermarket. good luck

Yes of courser mayo is concentrated with fat so lead to obesity,hypercholestnemia ,heart desieas ...and alot of problem so avoid to take it everyday s .....good luck
