She's doing it to show dominance over you. I know its embarassing my little female poodle humps my male cocker spaniel which causes everyone to laugh. Tell her firmly no and put her down. She thinks she is the boss. To alleviate this I would train her commands such as sit and laydown to show that you control the situation. Obediance school would help but its cheaper to do it your self

Mounting and humping isn't a gender specific action. The humping is a sign of dominance usually, it's a pretty universal body language action. Some dogs do it when overly excited. Tell her no, and push her away. I'd look in to dog training.

My spayed, female pit bull humps my other two male pit bulls. Hilarious, but it's a known dominance trait in female dogs, spayed or not.

This is a behavioural attempt to gain dominance, my older dog does it to the younger even though she has been spayed.

No, it's normal. She's in the season where she wants to mate and is trying to find a partner, especially if she's able to.

She is dominating you. Stop her from doing it or else you will have a hard time getting her to train.

Has she been nurtured? If not she needs to be and that will solve your problem.
