It depends on an individual. I'd recommend seeing your regular doctor if you are concerned. I don't know the height of your parents, but that comes into play.

I am 32 and 5' 7". Anyway you are only 16 and your 5'10". The average male grows until 21 so you have a while to go. Your already ahead of the curve. You should not be worried. Your are probably taller than most of your classmates.

Don't rush it. My husband was about 5' 11" at age 17. and in no time he was 6' 2". He has severe stretch marks going from one side of his back to the other across. They were caused from growing too fast.

Please relax on this one. Yes, growing takes a break-then comes back. I know a guy who was small thru school, and somehow when he got thru the Navy, he somehow grew out of that phase. You are only 16, you can keep growing until you are around 21-22 yrs. old. Take care.

No you don't. You need help to understand that you height and your rate of growth, are genetically programmed and there is nothing that you can do to change it.
I suggest you look up Mugsey Bogues and then reconsider your question.

the height growth of a human being is just a 'sigmoid' the letter s
its slow in child hood than rapid in the middle and again slows down..... generally it ceases to grow at the age of 25 so what I recommend you is to workout stretching and take protein....it will take you to the height you want....but you need not panic coz you are only 16.....
