I don't think solving the issue with his team members is as important as solving the issue with the guests. Guests have the word of mouth and if you get negative things out about where you work then people won't want to go back. I had 12 glasses of ice water dumped on my head on Thanksgiving in front of my entire family at the Elk's Lodge! It sucked bad...the waiter felt so bad he started to cry...no one is perfect and people can't expect there not to have mishaps...just make it better and you will be fine.

One member will strip the guest,
2nd one will take the Guest to bathroom
3rd one will wash the Guest's clothes
4th one will dry and iron the the Guest's clothes
5th one will arrange fresh dishes for the Guest
The guilty waiter will stand outside the shop as he has been dismissed.
