See the guy you are into more, and cut the other guy off romantically. You are at college so things will probably change, come and go. Its a time to do what you want, be selfish in a way, because you won't want to or be able to later.
Forget about his family or your church, think how ridiculous it is for either to dictate who you go out with.
Just beware of misleading yourself about your feelings for the new guy, we all like something new. You know the guy from home through and through right? If you only feel lukewarm about him after all this time then maybe hes not for you? Think about it carefully, about what you want.

I'm kinda facing the same problem right now. I don't get to see my boyfriend of 18 months much since I went off to college and now I'm hanging around this other guy, a friend of a friend, and I really click with him. But what I realized that I like about this new guy is that he reminds me of my bf whom I love dearly. I just keep reminding myself that I shouldn't leave the one I love for the one I like because the one I like may end up leaving me for the one he loves. Basically, if I can just get through these next 3 semesters, I'll be able to graduate and then I'll get to live be with the man I love for the rest of my life (hopefully).
Just listen to your heart. It's such a cliche answer but it's what is working for me and it should probably work for you too.

The church doesnt have to live with him,You do so the best bet for you now is to sit down with you ,yourself and you ALONE (NO FRIENDS PLS) and figure out who you'd rather be with, tough i know but there's always a first time for everything and trust me i'm talking from experience.Let's hope for your sake that you make the right choice or you could just do what few girls do,dump em both, lock yourself up in your apartment and eat icecream, trust me it helps

Myself now... also caught in the condition just same as you are now, liking two guys at once... For your condition... well you just know this new guy for three weeks, maybe you likes him it's because he can always be all over you. What you need to do, i think you need to spend more time with your bf... maybe he also really can talk abou things or more..

share yourself around. just be sure to remember each ones technique or you could mistake one for the other and that could be very very embarrassing especially at a crucial time.
