In my opinion, your problem sounds like the one I had.
I gave up interest in that boy because he fed that other girl the same line and said he liked her too.
Don't be quick to judge or make a decision.
You're not together, so therefore, he could just be trying to make you jealous so you'll make the first move.

Really if he's kissing another girl and he says he likes u then he might like u but that seems like a player to me and a player isn't the best boy to be around unless u want to get ur heart broken

well then the boy doesn't like you that much, or he's just expirementing and i would do the same if i were you. just have fun unless you're gettin into a serious relationship with this guy, then i would dump him b/c he's not very loyal.

ha! (not laughing at you but at me!) this happend to me before! look the best advice i can give you is to FORGET AND LEAVE that player and look for someone who appreciates you and is not a man-whore!!! im sorry if im offending you but, fact is your going to get hurt, trust me!!! the guy i used to go out with told me he loved me and 3 weeks later, i find out he has a wife and 3 KIDS!!!!! and he told me he was getting a divorce, but like i was going to believe him!?!?!!!!! and trust me i dont want that happening to anybody else!!!!!! and 2 things good came out of hat whole situation... i left him, and... hahahahaha!!!!!! his wife and i were sooooo angry that we had ourselve a little baseball game with his chevy!!!!!! oh, WE HAD A BALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (not joking!) her kids even hit a home run with the side veiw mirrors!!!!!! they HATED him after that!!!!!! (sorry for all the lame jokes, they are really dumb!) sorry, BACK TO THE POINT!!! get yourself out before he breaks your heart!!!!!!!!!!!
