My brother is having skin problems?

My brother has an inflamed torso. He has red spots all over his body. He says his skin hurts and it looks gross. Do you know what this may be?

He's having an allergic reaction to something. Did he eat something different today?
Is he having any trouble breathing? If so, call 911. Otherwise, you may want to take him to ER to be checked out.

get to a hospital ,it sounds like he is badly allergic to something , give him a dose of benadryl or claritin , it will help
