this guy knows that i like him because my friend told him, i havent talked to him before and when i walked by him he looked at me from head to toe and then at my face and i smiled and he smiled back. does that mean anything?

actually, almost everyone looks at u head 2 toe, u just prolly never noticed it before. the fact that he smiled back is good. he likes the way u look, now just get him 2 like ur personality

It means he is more concerned about your physical appearance more than anything else. He is not overly concerned about you knowing that he is looking at your body and not talking to you about your personality or mind. He probably likes the way you look and he probably only once see how fast he can nail you
