Where can I buy a Lamaze DVD?

I don't like ordering online.

congrats! They may have dvd's at the hospital where you're having your baby at. I took classes but when time came around...took too much effort to remember whether it was quick, quick, slow or slow, quick, quick....so I just inhaled and exhaled slowly and concentrated on an object and it worked! :)
