yes, cancer can spread to other parts of the body, my friend Kat died from breast cancer that caused a secondary tumor, 1 in each lung.

Yes, Cancer can spread to any part of the body once it begins to metastasize (A cancerous tumor formed by transmission of malignant cells from a primary cancer located elsewhere in the body.) It can release pieces of tumor to other parts of the body by means of the blood stream.
The radiation treatment you recieve for the malignant Breast cancer could also be the cause of secondary manifestations. There are arguments over the time periods doctors deem safe for using radiation treatments.

ofcourse , especially that it is a cancer and it can develop into something more serious or complications.

like it might metastasize to the lungs, bones and anythiing that is adjacent to the breast
