Ok my best friends bro has flirted with me since I became friends with his sister.The sister says that he likes me and I like him.But he said that he dont want a gf at the present time!Well the valentines day dance is coming up and I want to ask him!!!But im afird that the sister will get mad if I get seiours with her bro!And I dont know if he would but there is a big chance.Should I risk losing my best friend or just give up my feeling for the bro?

Even if you ask the friend, and she approves, I'd advise against it. If you're friendship is just starting out (been Best friends for less than 2 years) it probably wouldn't survive you getting serious with her brother (and maybe breaking up later).
So why not keep things light with the brother? If in the future, and the friendship is stronger and you & the brother are still interested in each other, go at it!
Besides, if love stories and Friends teach you anything, it's:
pent up sexual frustration is much much more gratifying to release if you wait for 5+ years

Advice 1) friends - - even i have the same problem at school and masjid. dont worry, people have become like this. you can still find good friends, i know i did. patience is the key and Dua and Salah. - forget the girls at masjid. do not hate them but hate the sin they commit. 2) Clothes - - buy some, talk to your mom with kindness and show her whatever you have and pair the clothes up. Like say, on monday i wear this (then get the pant and shirt and vest and undergarments, then bring the socks. pair these up, say to your mom this is for monday. and do this for each day and each time a new pant and shirt and undergarment to be picked. so your mom will realize you need some more clothes. remember BE KIND. do not even say 'uff'. 3) Reputation - - Follow Islam and the Sunnah for sake of Allah, pleasure of Allah only. see in the Sunnah, what is the behaviour Prophet Muhammad (saws) had when he was in public, how did He (saws) behave etc.. - Do not seek the pleasure of others but seek Allah's pleasure.

If I was you I would start by asking my friend what she thought about you asking out and possibly dating her brother...then go from there....
~If she doesn't mind you doing it...then ask him...the worse he can say is no....then you just move on...but from the sounds of it he will more then likey say yes, even though he isnt looking for relationship right now....Remember if you do date her bro, make sure you make time to spend with her...thats important...
~If she doesn't the idea of you asking her bro out...I would try to forget about him, exspecially if she is really your best friend, friends are not worth losing because of a guy...trust me there are many fish in the sea, as ppl say lol....

well i think u should ask him because u have a 50 % chance of him saying yes and if his siter gets mad she is really not your friend but if she is cool with it she is a true friend so go ahead and ask him.

well, if the girl is really your friend, she will want whatever makes you happy, even if it is her brother. i say, go for it. just ask him, if he really likes you he will say yes, you have nothing to worry about.
