Ok, there is this girl in my class and there is this guy. Here is what the conversation went like a few days ago: Guy: Your a sl_t. Girl: No I'm not. Guy: Yes you are... I asked her why she still talks to him and she says that she is a forgiving person. He called her that again today. How many of you girls out there would still talked to a guy that calls you a sl_t??? Before, like last year, I called her a player, but I had no idea what that ment. I told her that I was really really sorry for it but she still doesn't believe me. Which is worse being called a sl_t or being called a player?

Just tell her that you meant to call her a sl_t and not a player and then she'll forgive you...all is well in the world again.
Why would she forgive one person and not the other (you)?

lol I'd say sl*t, hands down. It's typicial that a young girl would forgive a guy for saying something mean. Maybe she likes him and wants his approval or she doesn't want to be on his bad side and have him spread rumors about her. Hard to tell. Either way, she should just ignore him. No one has the right to call people names. Especially something so hurtful. That guy sounds like a real winner!

I had a few guys call me that. Turns out they only called me that because I wouldn't give them the time of day and they wanted to hurt my feelings. It's childish games really.

Do you know the relationship between that girl and the guy? She probably likes the guy and feels like he's teasing her. It's how it is in school. It's like a girl punching a guy in the arm because she likes him. How did you call her a player? Did you sound serious? That's really what it depends on.

I guess it depends on who is doing the name calling. I have a close guy friend that might say something to me as a joke that I will not even think about twice, but if someone else said it, I'd be offended. As far as both names...the both kind of suck... one is just more vulgar.

Tell her it's not Christian to be forgiving under those circumstances. Even Jesus wants you to ask for it before he'll grant it. She is denying this guy the opprtunity to come to repentance.
On the flip side, she probably has a crush on him and is hoping he'll change.

Okay that girl is weird...maybe she likes the guy and maybe that's their little (weird) way of [flirting] you never know...and maybe she doesn't like ([you]) but being called a slut is way worse than being called a player...

Men are players in general...women are sluts in general. Call her a slut from now on and watch the love blossom.
