Most ringnecks will use what is available. You can provide shredded cotton balls, shredded newspaper(most use soy-based dyes;call and find out to be sure). Many even use lint from the dryer. Good luck and be sure to give a good diet for brooding. Have a tweet year.

Pine bedding sold in pet stores. Do not use dryer lint or yarn!!! The chicks can be caught up in the threads and loose toes or worse!

Give it some fresh willow branches cut down into small strips....hay, grass, wool, yarn (yarn cut into (very) short strips so it dosen't strangle the babies.

Make sure the hay or grass isn't sprayed with chemicals. I would go with small yarn peices and cotton for sfotness along with willow branches to reincforce the nest.

yes, willow branches and pine chips work well.
DO NOT USE CEDAR!!
cedar oil is extremely toxic to all birds. good luck!
