when a pretty, sweet girl that never has a bf before, she is always hanging out with her gf, then she is really hard to get? because i heard girls like that are usually picky....

if shes never had a bf she very well might be pick OR she might be one of those girls who weren't "pretty" when they were younger and now she dosn't really know that shes pretty! Confront her if your interested! TAKE A CHANCE!

Doesnt mean shes hard to get or picky, could just mean that she not ready for a bf yet. Or that she is focused on school right now.

If she has never had a boyfriend before she is probably shy and more comfortable hanging out with girls. Just be slow and friendly.

mayb she is looking for a bf, she is probably talking about guys with her gf(trust me i talk about guys alot with my friends) just talk to her more and find out if she is picky or just no one has asked her b4, good luck!
