hi there well of cause no rest your feel tired be angry upset at everyone yes if you work during the week take weekends off as we age our bones get physical weak we become more tired less active our bodies can take but so much just as a machine it can break our oragans need to rest by sleeping 8 hrs a day at less we are humans not robots so do indeed take your rest at much as you can work is not everything in life. let me tell you a short story that just happen in 2006 a doctor that work over the age of 65 retire in november by dec he die why no rest everything was work rest and when you retire enjoy your days of life.

Sometimes the body needs to rest and in our busy lives we ignore it. Rest a bit from whatever ails or stresses you. You may find yourself feeling invigorated and well afterwards. Good luck.

In terms of losing weight, sleep is important. It is scientifically proven that if you get 6 hours or less sleep a night you are more likely to be overweight/obese. Sleep is a very important part of keeping yourself healthy. Combine exercise, a sensible diet, a stress-free dispostion, and adequate sleep and you should be healthy. Don't cut back your amount of sleep. 7-8 hours (at least) is important.

Rest is best especially for stressed out individuals.............it also increases memory, decrease mental tension, especially during exams to perform well u should not nightout but take sufficient rest..................
