You talk about it with someone you trust and try to deal with it. Or ask about it on yahoo! answer to find makes sense. If you secretly love somebody holding it in won't make it any better because they will probably go on with knowing that you like them. So, the best thing you should do is either the following option keep on throwing hints or just tell them. Because holding on to something like that is very painful to deal with.

Just try finding out if they love you too. If they do, then try having relationships step by step. Don't put too much pressure on him/her.
