if your talking about the pulley yes it is pressed on ,you can buy a tool to get it off with or have it took off,but the pulley is a press on deal,good luck i hope this help,s.

NO, the pump is not but the pulley is .i just changed one on a 4.7 .the first one i bought was remanufactered,it was not any good so i ended up buying a new one from dodge .

It is pressed in and very difficult to get out.
