I'm gonna travel to Atlanta on Feb 15'th. I'm going with my family: my mom and my two brothers. We need to find fun and interesting things to do there.

Stone Mountain is really interesting if you have never seen it. I grew up a mile from there. The park has many things to do. You can climb up the mountain, 1.4 mile to the top, or take a the sky lift. They have a riverboat and grist mill, picnic areas, petting zoo, Car Museam, golf course and plenty more. There is a parking fee and a fee for some of the attactions. http://www.stonemountainpark.com/

The Atlanta Zoo

The New Aquarium is suppose to be wonderful but I think there is still a waiting list to get in. http://www.georgiaaquarium.org/

Fernbank science center is really cool. http://fsc.fernbank.edu/

I have not been to Underground since the 1996 Olimpics I was never that impressed.

Olimpic Park is a nice if you are passing by and have an extra hour to spend.

I have never in the 32 years I have lived here visited the Coke Museam but it is on my list of things I want to do. http://www.woccatlanta.com/

Eat at the Varsity down town by Georgia Tech Especially if you want to treat yourself to all american food. You can't beat it. http://www.roadfood.com/Reviews/Writeup.aspx?ReviewID=228&RefID=228

Little five points is a neat place for shopping if you like to people watch. They have some strange stuff there.

If you are in to Photography and like old barns take a ride through Carroll or paulding county. Although I think the most beautiful place in Georgia is Hiawassee but that is not in Atlanta but in the North Georgia Mountains.

Martin Luther King Memorial Museam

Since you will be with your Mom and family I will not tell you the most famous thing Atlanta is known for by traveling bussiness men.
