i think i used to say dont but i have known for a long time that doesnt is the correct way to say it and im a bit of a perfectionist. she dont just sounds retarted to me and i aint a redneck. yes sometimes i say aint but thats about it...aint doesnt sound so stupid. it just reveals to people that im a bit of a dummie.

Normally, (s)he doesn't. There are however the people who are uneducated and say "(s)he don't", or think that it's cool to talk that way.
