I know what is grammatically correct, I want to know what form you use in everyday speech.

doesnt.
i think i used to say dont but i have known for a long time that doesnt is the correct way to say it and im a bit of a perfectionist. she dont just sounds retarted to me and i aint a redneck. yes sometimes i say aint but thats about it...aint doesnt sound so stupid. it just reveals to people that im a bit of a dummie.
you know the saying i may be dumb but i aint stupid.

Normally, (s)he doesn't. There are however the people who are uneducated and say "(s)he don't", or think that it's cool to talk that way.

Most people say "he/she doesn't," but there are a lot of people here who say it the wrong way too.

I try to speak in a correct manner (I had strict parents). I use "s/he doesn't".

Well I say something like : She doesn't like peas. I don't know how others say it.
