When somebody is talking to me, I barely listen to about half of the conversation because I'm thinking to much.
Basically I have trouble concentrating on things. I don't know if its because I worry to much or its something else.

Learn how to relax. If you relax your mind you won't feel like you are going a mile a minute. You may need to seek counseling to find out why you are worrying so much. Reading may help too, the Bible is a good book to start with. God bless you and good luck.

Sometimes at work if my bosses are giving me long winded explanations about something, I notice I get very impatient. What I do is pray that God give me the ability to concentrate on what they are saying.

I don't mean to push anything on you, but ask God for whatever you need, and that includes paying attention when someone is speaking to you. He gives liberally what we ask of Him. God bless you.

You may have to train yourself to tune in when people are talking to you. I have had the same problem, and it's really a matter of making yourself focus on the conversation at hand. You have to work at it.

Why would you do that? Day dreaming rules!

Well, at any rate, it's probably that what you're concentrating on is boring. If you're in school, try to find a more advanced class. If you're in a job, find a new job. If you're hanging out with friends, well.. get new friends.

Or be like me and waste your time on Y!A.
