As a follow up question, I just never feel full. I can scarf down six pieces of pizza and still have room for two pieces of chocolate cake. Even if I use the water method to "curb my appetite", I can still devour anything in my sight? Could this be a real, serious problem or do I just love food too mucH?

Well... perhaps I was exaggerating too much (I don't really like chocolate cake) but I can have four pieces of pizza and I don't feel full until an hour later when I had three cookies or something. Heh.

Sometimes I feel depressed, which is most likely a normal symptom of being a teenager. In fact, I feel a lot better about my life now - I'm successful in music and I have friends. The thing is when I eat the most (like today at babysitting, I had a handful of gummy bears, four pieces of pizza, and five cookies along with two cups of orange strawberry banana juice) I was babysitting and I LOVE to babysit.

It sounds like your gut is stretched way out. You need to not eat until you're full. LOL THat way your stomach can shrink.

I would think of talking to someone about it. A human being can only intake so much food a day. I suspect you're probably feeling emotionally empty. Does this sound like it might be a possibility? The times in my life when I've eaten the most (ie., finishing a full meal, then eating two more immediately afterward, snacking ALL day, etc.) are the times when I've been most lonely, bored and depressed.
I can't think of anything else. It could be that you just love food and have a hearty appetite. But I think you owe it to yourself to really examine the situation.
Good luck

Certain enriched carbs (pizza dough) and sugar (cake) can actually make you CRAVE more. They aren't high in fiber and will not make you full.
You need to change what you eat. You don't have to cut out these snacks completely just yet, but you need to try something.
Before you allow yourself a slice of pizza, you must have a full glass or two of water (not soda, not juice, WATER) and eat a high in fiber meal prior to. And, if possible, wait 20 minutes before you eat that pizza. ALSO chew sloooooowwwlllly. Chew the pizza 'til it's nearly liquid in your mouth. It will digest better and you'll spend more time on the same piece.
And, yes, this could lead to a seriously problem IF it's effecting your weight.

This could possibly be a disease where you just constantly crave food. I have heard that water doesn't work that well to curb an appetite. Instead I would strongly suggest trying to eat a handful of almonds or an apple before a meal! Try these methods and if they don't work you should see your doctor about this problem.
Much luck hun!

It depends how old you are and how active your lifestyle is. If you're a teenage or regularly take part in physical activity, then no worries. Just try to make sure that you occasionally eat healthier than pizza followed up by chocolate cake.
